Booking:
Credit or debit card details are needed to reserve a room. No payment will be taken from the card but our cancellation policy is that if a room is cancelled within 14 days of your stay the full amount will be charged to the card. If the room is cancelled prior to 14 days a £10 administration fee will be charged. Arrival:
Check in is between 4pm and 9pm daily. We will accommodate earlier and later check in where possible. Please discuss when booking. Payment:
We accept cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards, but please note AMEX will incur a 3% surcharge. Departure:
Guests must vacate their room by 10 am. Later departures can be agreed on arrival.
